Consultation
No matter the size of the job, the process begins with a design meeting. For local clients we can meet in your own home, my home studio, or a coffee shop. If you’re out of the San Diego County or Orange County region, essential information can be gained from email or phone chats. We’ll discuss paper, colors, typefaces, and the details of your event and paper needs.

Deposit
After this consultation, a proposal and price estimate will be sent via email. You’ll then pay the 50% materials deposit, and the work and the fun begins.

Proofs
Our goal is to design a stationery piece that reflects the event, so during the design process, you’ll receive as many digital proofs as it takes to reach that goal. After your approval of the digital proof, an actual mock-up (a printed and assembled piece) will be created, and either photographed or sent to you, depending on your time restraints.

Payment
Final payment is due before delivery in the form of PayPal or check.

Delivery
All orders are padded and wrapped up in a pretty, and as often as possible, recycled package. They are then either hand delivered or sent via the United States Postal Service.
